KHAIVOX products are made to order and fulfilled through our fulfillment partners.

Processing Times
Orders are typically processed and prepared for shipment after the order is received. Production times can vary depending on the product, fulfillment location, order volume, and other circumstances.

Shipping Times
Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout when available. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery may vary based on the shipping carrier, destination, customs processing, weather, and other circumstances outside our control.

Shipping Costs
Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout based on the products in your order and the shipping destination.

Order Tracking
When tracking information is available, it will be provided to the email address associated with your order.

Multiple Products
If an order contains multiple products, items may ship separately depending on the fulfillment locations and availability. You may receive multiple tracking numbers and packages for the same order.

Address Accuracy
Please make sure your shipping address is accurate and complete when placing your order. If an order has already entered production, we may not be able to change the shipping address.
